PAYMENT OPTIONS

Purchase orders are taken by fax or e-mail only.  Fax orders to (949) 79-4943 or .

Visa and Master Card. Your card will be charge at the time of shipping.

We will send an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours after receiving your order and we will give you an estimated shipping date for all in-stock items.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Our minimum order is 4 pieces per style / per color, $ 250.00 per order.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of the order.
  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• An order that is in stock usually ships within 1-5 business days. Pre-orders will ship by the date indicated on Line sheets.

• Buyer will allow 7 business days grace period for delivery. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly and ship within 45 days or less.

• We ship ground service via FEDEX within the United States. Please contact us regarding orders outside the Continental USA.

SIZING NOTE

All our garments have been pre-washed to offer you a garment that will have NO shrinkage or a minimum change after washed.   We suggest you to encourage your customers to choose the larger size if their measurements fall in between those shown on the chart.   We also recommend to choose one size bigger when buying fitted styles if comfort is a priority.

RETURNS

• Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it.

• Returns are accepted only on defective items.

• All claims for shortage or defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

• Returns will not be accepted without manufacturer's written approval.

• We do not issue refunds on worn or washed garments.
  

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges will be accepted within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

• We will give you a credit for your next order upon inspection of the goods, less a 15% restock fee.

• We do not refund shipping and handling fees.

• All shipping costs involved for an exchange are at the customer's expense.
